1 · What we collect
Your email and name (account), one selfie and one voice recording (with your explicit consent), the scripts and videos you generate, your credit balance and transaction history, and standard technical logs.
2 · What we do with it
Your selfie and voice sample are used solely to build your private identity: AI age-altered portraits, a cloned voice and its age-shifted versions, and lip-synced videos you request. We never use your media to train models, never sell it, and never show it to other users.
3 · Who processes it
Generation runs through vetted providers: ElevenLabs (voice cloning & speech), Google Gemini (photo age transformation), Groq (script text), HeyGen (lip-sync video), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Supabase (account & database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Each receives only what its step requires.
4 · Where it lives
Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2; metadata lives in Supabase with row-level security so only your authenticated session can read your rows. Voice clones are stored with our ElevenLabs workspace, keyed to your account.
5 · Consent, always first
Nothing is stored until you tick the explicit consent boxes (photo storage & age-generation, voice cloning & age-shifting, AI disclosure). Consent is recorded with a timestamp and can be withdrawn at any time.
6 · Deletion
Email hello@jeelous.com from your account address and we will delete your account, media, voice clones and generated content within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by law.
7 · Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. API keys and service credentials are server-side only. Access to production data is limited and audited.
