1 · What Jeelous is
Jeelous is a private, single-user creative tool. You upload one selfie and one voice recording of yourself, and we generate AI age-altered versions of your own face and voice (childhood and elderly), short scripts from your ideas, and lip-synced videos combining them. Everything you create is visible only to your account.
2 · Your likeness only
You may only upload photos and recordings of yourself. Uploading another person’s face or voice — including public figures, friends or family — is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination. You must be at least 18 years old.
3 · Consent
Before we store any media, you give explicit, timestamped consent covering: storage of your photo and voice, generation of age-altered versions of both, and generation of lip-synced videos of your likeness. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your data.
4 · AI-generated content
Every portrait, voice clip and video Jeelous produces is synthetic. Outputs may contain artifacts or inaccuracies and do not depict real events. You are responsible for how you use downloaded content, and you agree not to present it as authentic footage or use it to deceive, harass or defraud.
5 · Credits & payments
Generation uses prepaid credits purchased via Stripe; videos, photo age versions and voice cloning each have a listed credit price shown before you confirm. Credits are reserved when a generation starts and automatically refunded if it fails. Credits are not redeemable for cash and unused credits do not expire.
6 · Your content, your rights
You retain all rights to your uploads and to the videos you generate. You grant Jeelous a limited license to process your media through third-party AI providers (voice, image and video generation) solely to deliver the service.
7 · Acceptable use
No unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive content. No attempts to impersonate others, bypass safety measures, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8 · Service & liability
The service is provided “as is”. Generation depends on third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
